🎾 Maslo Padel Tour — Official Rules & Regulations
(To be accepted before completing the registration)
1. Purpose of the Event
The Maslo Padel Tour is a corporate padel championship designed to bring together executives, managers, sales teams and business partners for a sporting, friendly and networking-oriented experience.
The event includes 3 qualifying stages (La Rochelle on 23/04/2026, Lyon on 30/04/2026, Lille on 21/05/2026) and a Grand Finale in Barcelona on 25/09/2026.
2. Eligibility Requirements
To participate, each player must:
- hold a professional role such as Executive, Sales Manager, Marketing Manager, Sales Representative, Account Manager or equivalent,
- register under the name of their company,
- provide a LinkedIn profile for verification,
- have a maximum padel level of 5,
- accept the present regulations,
- hold personal liability insurance.
The event is strictly reserved for B2B professionals.
3. Team Composition
Teams may consist of:
- Two colleagues from the same company,
- One player and one client (Business Option),
- Two players from two different companies.
Each company may register a maximum of 2 teams per qualifying tournament
4. Registration & Payment
- Registration is completed through the official Maslo / Tally form.
- Payment is made by credit card after the application has been validated.
- Pricing:
- €110 per team for qualifying tournaments (€55 per player),
- €160 per team for the final (€80 per player).
All registrations are invoiced to the main player’s company, except in specific inter-company cases (see dedicated invoicing section).
5. Cancellation & Refund Policy
If a company or player cancels:
- Up to 60 days before the event: 50% refund,
- From 30 days before the event: no refund,
- Between 60 and 30 days: no additional refund may be requested.
No refund is possible after the 30-day deadline, except in exceptional cases decided by the organizers.
6. Player Replacement
A player may be replaced up to 7 days before the event, provided that:
- the replacement meets the eligibility criteria,
- their LinkedIn profile is validated,
- their level is 5 or below,
- the change is communicated to the organizers.
Teams may evolve as long as they remain compliant with the rules.
7. Event Schedule
Qualifying Tournaments
- Player check-in
- Qualifying matches
- Cocktail dinner
- Tournament final
- Awards ceremony
Final in Barcelona
- Optional launch dinner (the day before)
- Matches starting in the morning
- Final match in the late afternoon
- Gala dinner & awards ceremony in the evening
Precise schedules will be communicated to participants prior to each stage.
8. Qualification for the Final
Qualification for the final is based on four access routes:
1. Automatic Qualification (9 teams)
For each city:
- 1 Men’s team
- 1 Women’s team
- 1 Mixed team
→ 3 categories × 3 cities = 9 qualified teams
2. Consolation Winner Qualification
The team that wins the “consolation final” at each qualifying stage also secures a place in the final. → 1 additional team per city = 3 teams
3. Priority Qualification Based on Ranking
If additional spots remain, they are awarded based on:
- overall ranking,
- performance across the circuit,
- availability of remaining spots.
4. Automatic Qualification — Premium Partners
Each Premium Partner is entitled to automatically qualify one team for the final.
9. Awards & Prizes
Prizes include:
- Free final entry for the HH, FF and Mixed winners of the qualifying stages,
- Maslo Padel Tour trophies,
- Points-based gifts depending on sponsor budgets,
- Opportunity for sponsors to add their own rewards.
10. Conduct, Safety & Fair Play
Participants agree to:
- respect opponents,
- respect referees and club staff,
- care for the facilities,
- maintain a professional and courteous attitude,
- respect the event schedule.
Any inappropriate behaviour may lead to immediate exclusion without refund.
11. Image Rights
Participants authorize Maslo to use, publish and exploit:
- photos,
- videos,
- audio or visual recordings,
- interviews,taken during the tournaments and the final, for communication, promotion and event-related purposes.
No compensation may be claimed in return.
12. Liability
Maslo declines responsibility in case of:
- accidents related to padel practice,
- loss or damage of personal belongings,
- cancellation imposed by a third party,
- schedule changes for logistical reasons.
Each participant must hold personal insurance coverage.
13. Non-Official Event Status
The Maslo Padel Tour is a private event not affiliated with the FFT.
No official ranking points are awarded.
14. Acceptance of the Rules
Participation implies full and unconditional acceptance of these rules.
A dedicated checkbox must be ticked during registration.
