Gift cards are delivered exclusively by email, directly to the email address associated with your account. You will receive your gift card in your inbox

It is therefore important to check that your account's email address is correct before purchasing a gift card.

Gift Cards are generated by our partner IfeelGoods, you will receive the email containing your gift card activation codes from: serviceclient@ifeelgoods.com

I haven't received my gift card by email within 72 business hours?

💡If you do not receive your gift card after 72 business hours, please check your Spam folder or contact your IT department to check if the email is not blocked by your company's firewall
