Objectives

How can you boost a community of chefs who work in different establishments, remotely and all year round?

During our meeting with the Newrest Collective Catering team, we identified 4 important objectives:

- Stimulate remote relationships between employees,
- Disseminate information quickly,
- Training remotely in a fun way,
- Rewarding the best talent.

We therefore launched the Roadoo x Newrest Restauration France platform with several focuses:

Achieve a connection rate greater than 70% as quickly as possible

Implement a relevant content strategy to increase the retention rate: Quizzes, - Surveys, Forms, Publications, Culinary Challenges.

Offer the possibility for users to express themselves via a collaborative space
